Note: Aggregates for Sub-Saharan Africa and its sub-aggregates (excluding South Africa, excluding South Africa and Nigeria) include the following: South of Saharan unspecified; TOM South of Sahara unspecified; Africa Unspecified; and Mayotte. The North Africa aggregate includes "North of Sahara unspecified", and the Africa aggregate is the sum of North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
