This indicator is a derived from the following indicators: - (a) Availability of latest technologies (b) Firm-level technology absorption (c) Laws relating to ICT (d) FDI and technology transfer (e) Mobile telephone subscriptions* (f) Internet users* (g) Personal computers* (h) Broadband Internet subscribers* Data source from survey data while asterisk (*) implies that data source are hard data.
