Grenada - Libraries and museums



The Grenada Public Library is headquartered in St. George's and has three other branches with a total, in 2002, of 60,000 volumes. The St. George's University Medical School maintains a collection of 13,000 volumes. There is also a mobile library that visits the island's schools. The Grenada National Museum, founded in 1976, is located in St. George's and focuses on the history and archeology of the island.
