Located at the extreme inner corner of the Gulf of Guinea on the west coast of Africa, Nigeria occupies an area of 923,768 sq. km (356,669 sq mi), extending 1,127 km (700 mi) E–W and 1,046 km (650 mi) N–S. Comparatively, the area occupied by Nigeria is slightly more than twice the size of the state of California. It is bordered by Chad on the NE, by Cameroon on the E , by the Atlantic Ocean (Gulf of Guinea) on the S , by Benin (formerly Dahomey) on the W , and by Niger on the NW and N , with a total boundary length of 4,900 km (3,045 mi), of which 853 km (530 mi) is coastline. The borders between Nigeria and Chad and Nigeria and Cameroon are disputed, and there have been occasional border clashes.

Nigeria's capital city, Abuja, is located in the center of the country.

Nigeria is not a large country. How can it support 125,000,000 million people? Sixty percent of the population lives below the poverty line.

Jim and Courtney, you guys that claim some people are uneducated just greatly revealed your level of ignorance and low level of education. Irrespective of where you come from, I am quite certain that a lot of educated nigerians that got their education in their country are there contributing meaningfully to the development of your country while you sit in your ignorance, and expose your mediocrity.
Who dictates the porverty line? If only you could logically think, I would have asked you to ask yourselves if it makes sense for Nigerians to pat the same amount for what they have as someone who imported it from Nigeria and all the way to Europe would pay. You continue to live on in ignorance and self deceit handed over to you by your forefathers who came to Africa to steal and plunder and were worse than the pirates.

Nigeria is a country that has never made any step or progress to better the life of her citizens. It’s a country where I live and more than 80% of our graduates are jobless and upon this our combined team of military and paramilitary forces are killing us everyday be you a crime victim or not. The system of Education is zero and the government officials don’t want to do the needful despite earning more than any other government officials in Africa and in most western countries and across the world. Our senators earn higher than any senators across the world. It’s not a bluff all these are in google clearly explained. Nigeria is far better 60 years ago than it is today which is why Nigerians are and can be found living in any country across the world. The North which has control of the government as handed over to them and persistently feared by British government is the architect of this failure. However we make bold to state clearly that we the people of the Old eastern region of Nigerian wants to go back to the way we were before the British came and forcefully amalgamated us into this deception called Nigeria. We are Biafrans and we are tired of a death 💀 contraption called Nigeria. It’s either we take it peacefully or forcefully.
