Primary completion rate, male is the number of non-repeating male students in the last grade of primary school divided by the male population of the official age of the last grade of primary. The trend projections are based on the average historical change in the period 2000-2009. If intake rates were rising, they are assumed to increase at the same historical rate; if they were declining, then they are assumed to remain constant. If repetition and dropout rates were falling, they are assumed to decrease at the same historical rate; if they were rising, then they are assumed to remain constant.
